Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a self-motivated, determined and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. You will be playing a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, qualified leads.
  • Take charge of walk-in customers
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Redirect qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Weekly reporting to his superior (Canadian Sales Manager)


College degree or any other specialization considered relevant


  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel and Power Point skills)
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic Great Plain (an asset)
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiating skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Custom solution sales is a must
  • Excellent Leadership Skills
  • Flexibility and availability to special events


Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in an internal sales position

Technical and Professional skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English and French)Ability to
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to communicate with customer service and production team
  • Experience with Cold calling
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Strong technical background
